Attitude: Players are taught to approach practice and match play, as well as their everyday social encounters, with honesty, integrity, and fairness.
Balance: Balance and poise are important attributes for players learning to play a game requiring good technique at high-speed.
Speed: In addition to good technique, exceptional players should have speed in both mental and motor skills.
Improves dribbling, passing, shooting and all ball related skills in the game.
Enables players to receive under pressure with fewer touches and to play with more composure, judgment and confidence as a result of the extra time and space available to them.
Increases speed with and without the ball.
Develops strength, flexibility and touch.
Develops self-discipline by providing individual skills for players to work on by themselves.
